The indicated prices of the rooms and suites are per person and night, incl. à la carte gourmet half board and plus the statutory local tax of € 2,70 per person and night from15 years on. A double room and a suite - even only with one person as single room use - will be charged as accommodation for two persons. For bed and breakfast € 10 per person per day will be deducted (only during the summer).

The deposit is 30% of the total amount per room. The booking is only valid when the deposit has arrived.
Dogs are welcome in the Rössle **** s. It will be charged € 15, - per day.
You can move into your room from 15.00. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11.00. Later departure is possible only after consultation with the reception for a fee of € 30, - per person.
With the conclusion of the accommodation contract, the contracting parties agree on the validity of the Austrian hotel contract conditions with regard to mutual rights and obligations. The contracting parties agree on the jurisdiction of the District Court Landeck.
