1912 óta működik a Semmering- Hirschenkogels részének lábánál, 100 méterre a Passhöhe-től és a kabinos lift völgyi állomásától. A szálloda kívül- belül felújított, álomszép kilátás nyílik a Zauberbergre (Varázshegyre).

A Hotel egy-, két- és többágyas szobái saját tusolóval, WC-vel, telefonnal és 20 csatornás műholdas TV-vel vannak felszerelve.
