Located in the centre yet still off the beaten track you are able to relax and enjoy your holiday. Our family run house offers all the comfort you could wish for, summer or winter.

Well-appointed rooms and a hearty breakfast buffet will provide you with the energy for the day. If you prefer a quiet evening to the hustle and bustle of the town you can use our breakfast room to enjoy games or just relax.

As a special service for our guests we provide you with the opportunity to buy hot and cold beverages directly at the house.

Our guests are invited to feel at home on our big patio and enjoy the warmth of the sun and the tranquility. Our bed and breakfast is only a 5 minute walk from shops, restaurants and lifts.

The distance between our house and the Schlosskopflift is about 50 m and is a perfect start to discover Schiregion Lech.

Spend your winter holiday in the majestic mountains–you can find ski slopes for beginners and advanced, with or without a professional skiing instructor, on or off the prepared slopes (only for advanced skiers or skiers accompanied by a skiing instructor) – everything your heart desires.

Show what you can do and circle Lech. The 'Weiße Ring` is a challenge for everybody – young or old, fast or slow, it's pure indulgence!

And for those who aren't passionate skiers the region offers excellent hiking trails. You can walk in the fresh, crystal clear air of the Arlberg and enjoy the sunny days of your holiday.

You'd rather go cross-country skiing? Then you will love our miles long cross-country ski-tracks, the well prepared tracks guarantee a delightful day in the fresh air of Lech.

Attention: During winter months the road between Lech and Warth is closed! Access only via Flexenpass – Zürs – Lech!
