On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the „Bauernstube“ (the main room that was always reserved for the farmers), a bathroom, the pantry and the ski and bike room with ski boot dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a corner bench, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and sufficient crockery and cooking utensils. The farmer's parlor as a living and dining area has 2 separate tables that can comfortably seat 12 people.

On the upper floors there are 6 bedrooms, each with 20 m² of usable space. Many of our guests tell us about the high sleeping comfort of the solid wood rooms - which we can only confirm There is also another bathroom on the upper floor.

Outside there is a spacious garden with 500m² of usable space with a wonderful view of the mountains and landscape in the area.
The parking spaces at the holiday home are available all year round and free of charge.
