Zirbenchalet Klippitz
The Zirbenchalet Klippitz was built in the summer of 2019 and is dedicated to the Swiss stone pine!
Actuall 8 adults and 1 child can be accomodated!
The chalet offers 3 natural, metal-free double beds (180x200 cm), another double bed (160x200 cm) built of air-dried pine wood. In addition, there is a modern Dan kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle-
On the ground floor is the open modern living / dining area with a stove with storage function for long-lasting natural warmth and a large Smart TV. In addition, on the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with natural latex mattresses and a kids bed (70x160cm) in its own room niche.
Also on the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with an original Swiss stone pine sauna with combi oven. This allows both the classic Finnish sauna and a cozy hot air bath with herbal essences according to your wishes!
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and another bathroom.
All bathrooms are equipped with floor-level showers or walk-in shower!
The available living space is approximately 110 m2 with a plot area of 600 m2.
2 car parking spaces are located directly at the chalet!
No pets allowed as house is also used by allergic people!

For bookings in the Zirbenchalet, you get discounts on multi-day passes during low season (VIP rate)!
In addition, you will receive the lift tickets for bookings in December and March (depending on conditions on website klippitz.at)!
The prices are for the chalet for 1 night unless otherwise stated ! Price for New Year's Week 3,350 EUR incl. cleaning and linen package!
Exclusive overnight stay tax of 2.1 EUR / person and day over 16 years!
Linen package obligatory (1 small towel, 1 bath towel, 1 sauna towel with deer embroidery, bed linen) 25 EUR / adult and 15 EUR/child - unless included in special offers!
Cancellation Policy: Free of charge up to 3 months before departure, 40% up to 1 month before departure, 70% up to 1 week prior to departure, 90% less than 1 week prior to departure of booked service
Flexible arrival possible in low season (minimum stay 3 nights).
Prices after consultation. For short stays no arrival or departure possible on Sundays!
Check out 9 am, Check in 2 pm!
Deposit 350 EUR payable 7 days before arrival!
