Dear guests, our house does not offer half board. But our jewel, the in-house Restaurant RISCHON, is directly opposite. There, chef Daniel conjures up the most delicious dishes and, if you wish, we will be happy to reserve a table for you. Our Restaurant & Bar VinSushi by RISCHON is brand new, lovingly designed and centrally located on Raiffeisenplatz in the heart of Bruneck. Chef Mohan is a master of his craft and you can expect extraordinary moments of pleasure with unique taste explosions of Japanese-Asian cuisine, of course only prepared from first-class ingredients. We would love to delight you, dear guests, with culinary delicacies.
