Location

Our apartment house is located directly in the centre of Rauris in a low traffic area. Close to our house you will find shops, restaurants, ski schools, adventure programmes, an information centre etc. The free ski shuttle bus leaves directly from our house and takes you directly to the lift facilities. There is a coffee shop and a taxi service in our house.

We offer 6 apartments for 2 – 8 persons from 45m² - 75m²

• 1. The kitchen offers hotplates, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishes
• 2. We provide all bed linen and towels.
• 3. Every apartment has a colour TV, radio, telephone and an internet access.
• 4. Cots and high chairs are available.
• 5. A private parking area and a room for skis and boots are at your disposal.
• 6. On request we offer fresh bread service.
• 7. On the ground floor you will find a coffee shop and a taxi service.

Activities:

Thanks to our central position there are numerous excursions worth seeing, such as the Krimml water falls, the spa and wellness temple Bad Hofgastein, Großglockner mountain, Kaprun, Kitzsteinhorn, the lake Zeller. The taxi service Plößnigg located in our house will be pleased to help you with your excursions.

Also 150km trekking trails around our idyllic valley. 35 km biking and mountain-biking trails, mountain trekking, fishing, horseback riding, paragliding, rafting, gold washing, mini golf, tennis, a heated outdoor swimming pool with a water slide.

Holiday House Arlinggut

The house is located in a calm and sunny area, in a distance of approx. 4 km from the centre of the village. The house can be easily reached by car, since it is only 200 m away from the main road. You can rent the entire house and enjoy your holidays without any disturbances.With its surface of 180 m², our holiday house offers room for 7 to 16 persons. A large meadow and a playground for children complete the offer. Private parking.

Our holiday house offers the following facilities:

• On the ground floor: A large kitchen with an oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, upright freezer and dishes.
• A breakfast room with 3 large tables and a TV. A living room in the traditional style with a large round table, a tiled stove and TV. 1 Bathroom with a bath tub.
• In the first floor: 2 sleeping rooms with 2-4 beds and a water basin. 1 WC
• In the second floor: 3 sleeping rooms with double beds, shower, WC & balcony. 1 sleeping room with double bed and WC.

Bed linen, towels, beds and chairs for babies etc. are at your disposal.
