The Malbun circular route first takes you through the centre of Malbun to the Sareis valley station. From there, the chairlift comfortably takes you up to Sareiserjoch at 2000 meters above sea level. Once at the top, enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the impressive mountain scenery. If you prefer to ascend on foot, you can also hike to Sareiserjoch. This takes about one hour.
From Sareiserjoch, take a gravel road past Alp Turna around 400 meters downhill. Afterwards, you hike up a steadily ascending path on the opposite slope back toward Malbun. Shortly before Alp Pradamee, there is a small descent that leads you directly into the village centre of Malbun. There, cozy restaurants invite you to relax and enjoy.

Going on a route requires careful planning. We recommend that you consult the local information offices in advance about the trails and weather conditions. Depending on the season and weather conditions, this route can be closed or interrupted.
from St. Gallen via the A13 motorway (approx. 45 minutes)
from Zurich via the A3 to Sargans, then A13 (approx. 1 hour)
from Munich via the A96, in Austria on the A14 (approx. 3 hours)
from Innsbruck via the A12, S16 and then A14 (approx. 2.5 hours)
International train connections ensure comfortable travel to Liechtenstein. At the train stations Sargans, Buchs/SG and Feldkirch, simply transfer to the well-developed bus network of Liechtenstein (LIEmobil) and reach your holiday destination with ease.
