Our house

Newly built apartment house, sunny and quietly located with a lawn.
Public outdoor swimming pool directly adjacent.

The nearest restaurant is about 150 meters away, and the shopping center (bank, tobacco shop, restaurants, supermarket, souvenir shop, café, and sports shop with ski rental) is about a 10-minute walk.

The bus stop for the free ski bus to the Mölltaler Gletscher is about 200 meters away. (This bus also goes to the Mallnitz / Ankogel ski area.)
In the nearby town of Obervellach, there is an indoor swimming pool and a tennis hall with squash courts.

In winter

At the apartment house, there is a ski service room where you can prepare and wax your skis.

There is also a drying room for your skis and snowboards and of course a shoe heating.
