Exciting questions about animals, nature, and agriculture are answered along the trail. Exciting interactive stations and great ball tracks await you. This agricultural adventure trail leads you around Löcherhansenhof over about three kilometers through forest, orchard meadows, past swarmed bee boxes, and animal enclosures.
Have you solved the farm quiz? Then quickly look into the treasure chest and be surprised!
By arrangement, you can also take a look into the cows and calves barn and watch the milking robot at work.
The start of this circular route is the farm entrance at Löcherhansenhof. Here you see an overview map of the route as well as your guide symbol, the cow from Löcherhansenhof, the start marker, and a ball machine. Very important: don't forget 1 euro coins to get a ball. Because along the way there are various ball tracks. Fun is guaranteed! If you want to solve puzzles, you can take the farm quiz with you and at the end of the path open the treasure chest with the correct answer.
The path begins on the left clockwise. It goes a short stretch along the forest edge to a fork in the road where the next signpost can already be seen.
Here we continue right along a descending forest path to the first adventure station, the jumping pit. Then it goes further into the forest, past the bee ball track, to the pinecone slingshot.
At the next cow signpost, a narrow meadow path turns right, leading us further through the forest and then up the meadow slope.
During a subsequent break on the bench, we enjoy the great view into the valley and can practice balancing on wooden beams. Then the path leads us further along the meadows to large boxes. Here you can discover many buzzing guests: the bees from Löcherhansenhof, who diligently collect fine honey. You can enjoy your brought picnic here with the best view and throw pinecones in the squirrel game.
We circle the orchard meadow and walk past large mighty sweet cherry trees. Here you learn a lot about the fruit trees, the processing of the fruits, and the bee bandolino awaits you.
The path turns into a large meadow, explaining the use of the grass, the cow's favorite fodder. To our right is the meadow slope, to the left a wide view into the valley. Here you can see how difficult it is to manage the steep grassland areas. After an ascent it goes into a short piece of forest, where shortly after another cow signpost can be found. Here you take the sharp turn to the right and walk along the cow pasture. With some luck, you can observe grazing cows in the pasture.
On the feeder path, you turn left again, uphill towards Löcherhansenhof. Past the cow ball track and the photo box to the old walnut tree. Take one last look into the valley and then follow the path to the farm.
