The centre of Otelfingen, probably the richest in old secular buildings in the district of Dielsdorf, is structurally very well preserved. It is listed in the Federal Inventory of Swiss Sites of National Importance (ISOS). The stately timber-framed buildings, mostly with ridges running west/east at right angles to the road, blend harmoniously into the neighbourhood.
