Wide-open spaces accessible to everyone, waiting to be explored across the Grand Domaine’s 165 km of ski slopes, served by 47 ski lifts and spanning more than 1,250 m of vertical drop.

With excellent skiing conditions ensured by 396 snow cannons, the Grand Domaine has something for everyone, young and old, beginners and experienced skiers alike:

• Dedicated learning areas to help beginners learn to ski at their own pace. These specially designed, dedicated and secure areas allow everyone to progress and learn with confidence.
• Freestyle and fun zones (2 boardercross courses, 1 snowpark with 3 difficulty levels, and 4 freeride areas). Located within designated Snowzones, they offer fun skiing experiences with friends or family.
• An avalanche safety training area where more adventurous skiers can learn how to use an avalanche transceiver (ARVA), a device used to locate people buried under the snow.

New beginner area at the top of the Planchamp gondola lift in the town centre, featuring a covered magic carpet lift.

New Combelouvière gondola lift, replacing one chairlift and one drag lift. A great reason to visit Doucy resort, the neighbouring ski resort, and enjoy its restaurants.

New après-ski activities: electric all-terrain scooters to explore the mountains in complete silence, or snow tubing for a fun break on the slopes.

This area is centred around a giant pirate-themed castle. It also features picnic areas, social spaces accessible to both skiers and pedestrians, and fun activities with games, tables and sun loungers.
