Facilities:
Our rooms and suites are comfortably furnished and have a shower or bath with WC, a telephone as well as a flat screen and satellite colour TV. Our modern rooms also have a cosmetic mirror and are suitable for allergy sufferers. Our restaurant with panoramic winter garden and sun terrace with a Zugspitze view invites you to enjoy.

Winter active:
Winter in Lermoos and the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offers all guests an almost limitless range of activities. Our hotel is the ideal starting point: cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails, the ski school, the ski area and the natural toboggan run are just a few minutes' walk away. The bus stop for the free winter bus is also right in front of our hotel.

With the Top Snow Card, you have a total of 213 fantastic kilometres of pistes in 9 ski areas and a total of 90 cable cars to choose from. From easy to challenging pistes and descents, everything is included.
